During the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund.
For this refund, you must lodge a support request via our Support System.
You will not be entitled to a refund on this basis if you have previously had an account with Site Arrow Inc under any plan or service.
Allow up to 30 (thirty) days for refund payments to process. If you have not received refund within this time allotment; please contact us. All refunds will be issued via Our online reseller.
After the first 30 days of service, you will not be entitled to a refund for cancellation.
